The 34-year-old, who runs the sixth ‘most-watched’ YouTube channel in Australia, is known for her simple exercise videos that show viewers how to train specific areas of the body, primarily the abs, arms and glutes.
In her latest clip, Ms Ting guides fans through a 10-minute routine of 16 exercises from her ‘Ab Shred Challenge’ which she claims will help to sculpt your stomach in just 14 days.

Her short, simple workouts are designed to help women transform their bodies in as little as two weeks. Pictured: A woman on day 1 (left), day 7 (centre) and day 14 (right) of Chloe’s ‘Ab Shred’ challenge
These include straightforward moves such as bicycle crunches and sit-ups, as well as more complex manouevres like high boats, which involve sitting on the floor and drawing your legs in and out while keeping them raised off the ground.
Ms Ting performs each exercise for 30 or 40seconds, with a resting break of five to 10 seconds in between to allow her muscles to recover.
She starts with a round of high boats before moving on to low boat flutters, which are performed on your back by raising one leg in the air, then lowering it without allowing it to touch the floor.
Next, Ms Ting performs a round of plank leg raises – lifting one leg high in the air while holding a plank position – followed by high plank spikes, which involve piking the plank position and tucking your leg in towards your stomach.

Ms Ting continues with reverse crunch drops, leg circles and planks with hip dips, which are performed by dropping your hips from side to side while maintaining a strong plank position.
Without taking a break, she moves onto bunny hops followed by ‘in and out’ reaches.
These are performed by starting in a high boat position with your back straight, then leaning back slowly and bringing yourself back up with your knees to your chest.
Ms Ting follows this with a round of roll-up toe taps, side plank crunch dips and sprinter sit-ups, which are just like regular sit-ups with your legs stretched straight out in front.
She ends the workout with a set of contralaterals – which involve assuming a plank position and raising opposite arms and legs off the floor at the same time while keeping your back straight and your core engaged – and bicycle crunches.
Her final move is the crunch pulse, which are similar to half sit-ups.

One woman who started Ms Ting’s fitness challenges in 2020 said she never believed she could finish one without taking a break – and now enjoys working out for the first time ever
The video, which has racked up more than 1.2million views since it was uploaded online on August 2, drew widespread praise.
One woman who started Ms Ting’s fitness challenges in 2020 said she never believed she could finish one without taking a break – and now enjoys working out for the first time ever.
‘Me last year: I can’t possibly do this 10 min ab workout without a million breaks. Me now: yeah let’s go this is gonna be great!’ she wrote.
While some viewers complain about the ‘difficulty’ of the movements, the vast majority say they get used to to the circuit style workout in a week.
Transformation photos of women who have completed Ms Ting’s workout plans show the benefits of her programme, with many displaying noticeably slimmer waistlines and more pronounced abs in just two weeks.

Some claim to have lost upwards of 20kgs (3st) over the course of one year by sticking to the training regime.
Despite her enormous following, Ms Ting has always been clear that she is not a registered personal trainer, a fact she addresses in the description box of almost every video.
‘When following any of my videos please take precaution to exercise in a safe environment and I highly suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you advice on your exercise form and dietary needs,’ she said.
‘Every person is unique and there is no one size fits all solution to health or fitness. I am not a medical professional and your health and safety is the utmost importance.’
